If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use products may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
